How is the custom fit accomplished?

Using a hand held laser scanner which takes an accurate measurement of your head which will be used to create a 3D image. This information is then sent to our New Zealand factory where a custom mold of your head is created. A soft vapor permeable silicon cap, tinted to match your skin is created from this mold. This cap is as accurate as possible and is able to create a fit that is unique to each individuals needs with the ability to have a comfortable vacuum fit that is secure for all the activities you may like to take part in. The highest quality human hair is then implanted into the silicone creating a natural appearance and hair movement.

TIMING

If the hair is available at the time of your order and you approve the fit cap and hair sample in a timely manner you can expect a 4-6 month delivery time. Freedom Wigs works as quickly as possible without compromising quality. The rare situation of delay does occur due to insufficient hair stock or current production demand. Within 4- 6 weeks after placing your order I will send you a plastic fit cap, made from your unique measurements, and a hair sample(depending on hair availability) from the batch blended specifically for you, for approval. The sooner you get back to me with your approval or any questions, the sooner your order will be will be in line for production.

Pricing

Pricing will depend on length of hair chosen. You may choose short 4” for a sassy pixie style or up to 16” (depending on hair availability). A 50% deposit is required at time of scan to place your order. Initial deposit may be made by credit card, debit card or guaranteed funds with the balance due upon delivery. Once you have approved the fit cap and hair sample the order cannot be refunded. This is a custom order to your unique measurements and cannot be used for anyone else. Should a cancellation become necessary before fit cap approval, a $500 fee will be deducted from your deposit and balance refunded.
